Dr. Martin Sanders, PresidentMartin has lived most of his life investing in others. His years of experience as a successful pastor, professor and consultant were years spent developing the leaders around him. With remarkable insight, powerful communication skills and the rare ability to be cross culturally relevant, Martin has been empowering leaders to become the best they were designed to be.Martin is currently professor of Pastoral Theology at Alliance Theological Seminaryin Nyack, NY.Martin and his wife Dianna have four children: Bo, Amie, Eric and Lauren.

Martin has lived most of his life investing in others. His years of experience as a successful pastor, professor and consultant were years spent developing the leaders around him. Martin is currently professor of Pastoral Theology at Alliance Theological Seminaryin Nyack, NY.
Martin and his wife Dianna have four children: Bo, Amie, Eric and Lauren.
Dianna SandersIn her work with Global Leadership, Dianna has traveled and participated in conferences on every continent. She and Martin have been married for 37 years and together they have four grown children. Her experience as a Vice President in the financial field has given her skills that she uses on numerous Global projects. Presently, she has a growing Life Coach practice, which she loves.Danny CheongDanny joined the Global team in Jan 2009. He has served as a youth leader and Pastor for over five years and has traveled to Asia, South America, and Central America for missions work. Danny's passion is to mentor and disciple the next generation. He holds an M.Div from Alliance Theological Seminary.

Danny joined the Global team in Jan 2009. He has served as a youth leader and Pastor for over five years and has traveled to Asia, South America, and Central America for missions work. Six couples have been invited to become part of a team of leaders who will help meet the growing need for international mentoring and leadership development.John & Shannon TorresJohn is the pastor of Goodwill Church in Montgomery, NY and a chaplain with the U.S. Air National Guard. John is a graduate of Arrow Leadership Program and has his doctorate from Gordon Conwell. Shannon is a Speech-Language Pathologist for Orange County BOCES.Greg & Tamie DownesGreg is a minister and evangelist in the Church of England. He is principal of Watford Leadership Institute. He has also served as chaplain at Oxford Univiersity and in prisons where he mentors developing young leaders across the UK. Tamie is a GP partner (family doctor) in London. She spends much of her time mentoring junior doctors and medical students. She also coordinates the Alpha Course at their church.Chuck & Ingrid DavisThey have partnered in ministry in several roles: parish pastor, missionaries, seminary professor, educator, itinerant speakers, and developers of leaders. Chuck is senior pastor of Stanwich Congregational Church, Greenwich, CT. Chuck is completing his PhD at Fordham University. Ingrid is a graduate of the Arrow Leadership Program. They have been married for 25 years and have three children.Rob & Jen ReimerTwelve years ago they started a church on the South Shore of Boston: South Shore Community Church. The church has grown from 1 cell with 8 people, to over 30 cells with approximately 600 people; nearly 50% of the people have come to faith in Christ. They celebrated their 15th anniversary this year in June and have four children. Rob received his doctorate from Gordon Conwell.Rob is also adjunct professor of leadership and spiritual formation at Alliance Theological Seminary. Ron & Wanda WalbornRon is the Dean of Bible and Christian Ministries and the Department Chair for Pastoral Ministries at Nyack College in Nyack, NY. He has a D.Min from Fuller and is a frequent college campus and conference speaker. He is also the academic dean of Alliance Theological Seminary. Wanda is the Director of Spiritual Formation at Nyack College in Nyack, NY. She has a Master of Arts and is a frequent conference speaker. Ron and Wanda have been married for 21 years and have four children.Jayson ParkJayson is Medical Director for the Union Square Medical Group/ General Medical Associates, NY, NY and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
